Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Performing Arts Consultants, its partners, affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Contest Period
The GRAND PRIZE contest begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on December 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
Each CONFERENCE PRIZE contest winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the conclusion of each conference.
3. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the official Contest Entry Form including required contact information and email opt‑in. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or automated entries will result in disqualification.
4. Prizes
Grand Prize
One (1) GRAND PRIZE winner will receive an all‑expenses‑paid trip for two consisting of:

Round‑trip airfare to Orlando (economy class)

Hotel accommodations (double occupancy)

Three (3) night’s accommodations at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort

Two (2) 3-day Universal Park-to-Park Tickets

2 dinners & 3 lunches at Universal Orlando Resort
Conference Prize
One (1) CONFERENCE PRIZE winner will be selected at the conclusion of each conference and will receive a $250 United Airlines Gift Card.
Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Performing Arts Consultants reserves the right to substitute the prize with equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The GRAND PRIZE contest begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on December 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible. The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided.
Each CONFERENCE PRIZE contest winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the conclusion of each conference. The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected. Performing Arts Consultants is not responsible for lost or misdirected notifications.
6. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Performing Arts Consultants permission to use your name, city/state, photographs, and entry responses for promotional purposes (including social media, website, and marketing materials) without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Performing Arts Consultants Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third-party marketers. Participation requires opting in to receive company email communication; you may unsubscribe at any time.
8. General Conditions
Performing Arts Consultants reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity of the contest.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Performing Arts Consultants and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or prize use.
9. Governing Law
The contest is governed by the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to conflict of law rules.
