Hi! I’m Juliana DeFranco—a customer care enthusiast —and I’m thrilled to be part of the PAC team as a Customer Care Manager!  My background is a blend of management, project coordination, and hospitality.  I’ve built my career around people and a strong belief that helping one another is at the heart of everything we do.  I’m passionate about creating positive experiences that make others feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.  I thrive in fast-paced environments where communication, collaboration, and care come together.  I especially love the excitement and energy that come with the ever-changing world of travel.

In my personal time, I enjoy traveling with family and friends, trying new restaurants (especially when pasta is on the menu!), painting, cooking, working out, being at the beach, and listening to music. I recently started a Jersey Shore girls walking club—what started as simple walks has grown into a meaningful journey to bring people together and build community.  Kindness, curiosity, and a lot of coffee fuel my days—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?

Paccheri because it’s sturdy, smooth and soaks up rich flavors.

What is your hometown famous for?

Jonas Brothers!!!

Who is your favorite person to travel with and why?

My best friend, Siiri, not like the iPhone, she’s real! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and funny, which makes navigating any place we go seamless and memorable!

Describe the coolest picture you’ve taken while traveling?

A cold December night in Paris, in front of the Eiffel tower during sparkle time, when 20,000 bulbs blink rapidly in unison.
